    This program allows those naturally talented in auto repair, the additional knowledge and hands-on experience needed to repair and maintain today's sophisticated vehicles. Advanced computer and electronic systems require a skill-set not usually available to the non-professional. In this program, you'll get real training on the same equipment used in dealerships and repair facilities across the country.

    Westwood’s Automotive Technology program offers distinct advantages to students who wish to pursue careers in this exciting field. First, instructors with field experience provide a practical and knowledgeable source of education. When you graduate, you'll be fully prepared for entry-level positions in the industry, such as a Cisco network engineer,* network/systems administrator, computer systems analyst or information system developer.

While many of today’s surveyors spend plenty of time in the field, there are also opportunities to work in an office setting on engineering reports, mapping projects, and other surveying assignments.

    The Associates Degree program provides the student with necessary skills to enter the surveying and mapping profession at an entry level with accumulated knowledge in both plane and advanced surveying. Much of the student’s time is spent outdoors actually doing the field surveying, construction layouts, data collection, and advanced survey projects required in the surveying profession.
